Important update regarding Shabbat service this weekend.
God is sovereign. God is sovereign forever.
Over the last seven to eight months we have weathered the present health crisis reasonably well. We have met outside and inside, and we have also had our meetings available through GoToMeeting. Every Shabbat we met at our building and were available in-person. However, tomorrow November 21st, we will only have an on-line meeting.
A number of people from Agape Gathering Place including Terry and Annette have had first-hand exposure to someone with Covid-19. One of the men at the men’s breakfast last week is experiencing Covid type symptoms and is awaiting results of a Covid-19 test. As of today, at least one person that attended Agape last Sunday has now tested positive.
Deb and I, though we feel fine, have been directly exposed to someone with Covid-19. It is also likely that the men that attended the breakfast last week may have been directly exposed.
So, for these reasons we are going to have our Shabbat service as a GoToMeeting only tomorrow; we will not be meeting at the RIMI building. The link for the meeting is at the bottom of this email. We pray and hope that we will resume in-person meetings next week.
